Why we need more wellbeing-focused curriculum

09/07/2026

When children understand their emotions, they are able to process them rather than avoid them. Big emotions manifest differently in everyone. Some children may suppress their feelings, while others may express them through emotional outbursts. However, when children learn to navigate these emotions, they begin to understand that feelings are temporary and that there are ways to regulate them. This is why I created The Little Wellbeing. By learning simple techniques and understanding how their minds and bodies respond to emotions, children are better able to process their feelings, resulting in greater resilience, overall happiness, and contentment.
